REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION
Registration Fees
> Registration fee; Participation in scientific sessions, meeting documents, tea and coffee breaks twice a day and lunch are included.
> Registration fee excludes 20% VAT. Changes in the VAT rate will be updated in the budgets.
Accommodation Fees
> Accommodation fees include 3-nights accommodation. Accommodation is in bed and breakfast concept.
> Accommodation fees include open buffet breakfast.
> 10% VAT and 2% Accommodation Tax on all prices stated. Changes in VAT rate budgets will be updated in the budgets.
Transfer Fees
> Transfer fee excludes 20% VAT. Changes in VAT rate budgets will be updated in the budgets.
> 1 Eylül 2024 itibari ile yapılacak herhangi bir sponsorluk kalemi iptali için iade yapılmayacaktır.
Cancellation Conditions
> All refunds will be made after the congress.
> There will be no refund for cancellations made after September 1, 2024.
> After September 1, 2024, only name changes will be accepted.
